“A good snapshot keeps a moment from running away.”

I've always loved photographs. I believe that a photograph can speak a thousand words. It can bring back so many memories and help you to remember the little, but lovely, details that otherwise would have been lost to time.

I'm rarely without my camera. The DSLR I received for my 16th birthday is like my baby and it's practically glued to my side just in case there's a moment I can't let pass without photographing.

Photography is something I have a great passion for and I seem to have an eye for it too! I'm in no way a professional, but at the moment I'm really enjoying being creative with my photos and exploring what magic I can make with my camera.

It's always been important to me to have a lovely selection of my favourite photographs spread around my room. When I'm having a not so nice day, it's so lovely to be able to go into my room and be reminded of all the amazing people I'm lucky enough to know and all the incredible things I've been lucky enough to experience in my sixteen years.

This summer I'm going to have a grand 11 or so weeks holiday and I'm already planning lots of lovely trips to various parts of the UK to visit family and friends and, of course, my camera will be joining me on the adventures. I feel like Summer '14 is going to be really memorable and I want to capture all the memories.

I've recently hopped on the Instagram bandwagon and I do have to admit, I am rather enjoying myself. My profile is looking rather sparse at the moment but don't you worry, I'm sure I'll be popping up many more photos over the coming months. If you fancy having a peek at my instagram, my username is Chloe_Bellamy1 (self promotion alert). Let me know if you do and I'll return the favour.

P.S: With today's post I ventured a little into the lifestyle blogging genre. I'm hoping to expand my blog into the world of lifestyle blogging, over the next few months, and I thought this would be a good place to start.

    1. I completely understand that. Some resturants and cafes plate their food out in such a pretty way it would just be rude to not take a snapshot x
