One of my current favourite things in the whole world is Boost. If you're yet to experience the wonder that is a boost smoothie bar, you're really missing out let me tell you. I love smoothies rather a lot; they're such a quick and easy way to get a couple more portions of fruit and veg into your belly.

A little birdy from Boost HQ has informed me that they are currently running the first 2015 round of their legendary "What's Your Name Game".

The game is easy peasy lemon squeezy. All you need to do is keep an eye on the Boost social media accounts (you can find their Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts here; oh I am good to you) to see if your name pops up. Three names are chosen each day: two chosen by the Boost team and one chosen at random from names entered by the public via this site. If it does then you can head on over to your local Boost, whip out some I.D to prove that you aren't telling any name fibs and collect your favourite smoothie on the house. We're talking any size smoothie here, might I add.

This is running from Wednesday 5th February until Thursday 4th March so you've still got plenty of time to potentially get your hands on a free smoothie.


If you're new to the world of Boost and would like some smoothie recommendations, here's a selection of my personal favourite Boost beauties:

"Passion Mango": Mango, Passionfruit, Tropical Juice, Sorbet, TD4 Mango Yoghurt & Ice.

"Blueberry Blast": Blueberries, Banana, Apple Juice, Sorbet, TD4 Vanilla Yoghurt & Ice

"Energy Lift": Mango, Banana, Tropical Juice, No Fat Milk, TD4 Mango Yoghurt & Ice + an Energiser PLUS Booster

  2. Wow! I just love smoothies! From a couple of weeks I have been taking healthy Green drink in every morning. Actually I want to lose weight and one of my friend suggested drinking green smoothies. I hope it’ll work!
