I've been using these waters to help me get through long days at uni and work. They're an ace way of giving you energy to take on the day head on, whilst supporting the growth of muscles and maintenance of bones behind the scenes.

I'd also like to give a special mention to what gems the company are, as they pledge to donate 1% of their profits to MIND, the mental health charity. As you will know, mental health charities are very close to my heart so I was delighted to see a company giving back to such a worthy cause.
